Product and Price
- The product is the VarAudio smart audio player described on the VarAudio page.
- The price is €50 per unit, including VAT. Shipping is a flat €9.50 within the EU. The total for one unit is €59.50.
- The VarThings app, used to set up and manage VarAudio, is free.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed through a secure checkout provided by Stripe. You enter your delivery address, phone number and payment details there.
- Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
- We do not see or store your full card details.
- Orders can be placed only for delivery to an address in the European Union.
- You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Delivery
We ship with DHL, with an estimated delivery of about 2 weeks. See Shipping & Returns for details. Risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you named takes delivery.
Returns, Withdrawal and Legal Guarantee
You can return VarAudio within 30 days of receiving it, if it is unused, in its original condition and returned with proof of purchase. You also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee under EU consumer law. How these work is explained on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Using VarAudio
- VarAudio needs a Wi-Fi connection for internet radio and for setup through the VarThings app. Playing MP3 files from an SD card does not need internet.
- Radio stations are provided by third parties. We do not control their availability or content.
- Firmware updates are delivered through the VarThings app.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer. Within those limits, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of a breach of these terms.

How we handle your order and account data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Law and Complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, in line with the VarApps Terms & Conditions. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to resolve it quickly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
