Delivery
€9.50 flat-rate DHL shipping to all EU countries. Estimated delivery is about 2 weeks (1 to 2 weeks) from your order.
- We currently ship VarAudio only to addresses in the 27 European Union member states.
- Orders are sent with DHL. When your order is handed to DHL, we email you the tracking number.
- The delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will help.
- DHL will usually need a phone number to deliver, which is why we ask for one at checkout.
30-Day Returns
You can return VarAudio within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Conditions
- The item is returned in its original condition and unused.
- It includes the receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
How to return
- Email support@varthings.com within the 30 days, with your name, the email used for the order and your order date.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the product back with a tracked service and pack it carefully. You pay the cost of returning it, and you are responsible for it until we receive it.
Refunds
- We refund the price of VarAudio and the original standard shipping cost (€9.50).
- The refund goes to the payment method you used, within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item back.
Your EU rights
If you live in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The 30-day return period includes and goes beyond this right. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damaged, Wrong or Faulty Products
If your VarAudio arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or stops working as described, email us at support@varthings.com with your order email and, if possible, photos. We will repair it, replace it or refund you.
Separately from these terms, EU consumer law gives you a legal guarantee that the product matches its description and works properly, for at least two years from delivery. These terms do not limit that right.
Tracking Your Order
You receive a payment confirmation by email from our payment provider after checkout, and a DHL tracking number from us when your order ships. If you have not received either, check your spam folder, then email us.
